Just an Update, nothing too exciting

People have been bugging me about updating my blog....sorry, been a little busy, so here goes, except nothing that exciting has happened:
Kenyan and I had a fun, first, married, Christmas together. I woke up around 5:45 Christmas morning and couldn't go back to sleep, Kenyan couldn't either, so we opened presents! There weren't too many surprises, we bought ourselves a Nintendo DS so when we take our road trips to Vegas and Phoenix and wherever else we may go it will keep us busy. I will say, my brain weighs about 2200g from playing Brain Academy. :)
I don't think I mentioned this before, Kenyan and I both have callings in the ward now: Kenyan is the ward welfare specialist and I get to play the piano in primary as well as getting girls camp organized. Yep, I'm the ward Girl's Camp director! I'm a little stressed about this. Let's just say, it's the middle of January, we have a one week time period in which I can do Girl's Camp around school and taking master's classes, but we don't have a campsite yet. Anyway, we'll save that for another blog.
The good news is I go off track in one week, for a much needed three week break! Yea!

You will LOVE girl's camp! I've been for the last four years - though never as the director. I was just the advisor that got to go camping, stay up late, eat yummy food, hang out with the girls...okay, that's what I got to do. I just thought of everything our director did. I take that back. This won't be nearly as much fun for you. Mmmm. Sorry.

You will be great! I think the planning part will be the hardest. Ask for Kenyan (and other men)to come help set up and take down. After that's over, it'll be a blast.

Awesome brain weight, by the way.

Oh, and yay for off track!!!

That is exciting. You will be great at that.

YEAH for off track time! Enjoy your break!

You're going to be awesome at girls camp! It totally fits you. Maybe not your schedules, but your personality! I know you can make a difference for those girls. How awesome.
